Yo’s House brings to life the surreal true-life stories of 87-year-old Yolanda Shea. She has led an intriguing life and recounts her experiences in epic stories. The film takes place in her Pacific Grove CA shotgun shack where she has lived for 40 years. The piece is made up of verite footage of Yo today and hybrid recree animations that use super 8 film, old photos and art from her home. This old lady is not what she appears…
