![]() Suzanne Cross The rural community of Mnqobokazi, South Africa, wanted to establish their first school. Mrs. Zikhali, a dynamic young teacher was selected to run the school but there were no classrooms or teaching materials. The first day, ten children came, spread their woven mats on the ground, and began class. Due to her dedication, the school’s enrollment grew.
