Working under the supervision of the fiscal sponsorship coordinator, learn how the Film Society's fiscal sponsorship department operates by assisting in the fiscal application process, viewing working samples and supporting the department with ongoing projects.

Responsibilities
Maintaining filmmakers files, including copying and filing reports, entering data (mailing lists, updates) into computer, preparing and mailing acknowledgment letters.

Skills

We need flexible, energetic, detail-oriented team players with good organizational skills. Macintosh experience helpful, especially in FileMaker Pro, Entourage, Microsoft Word and scanning. Good writing and telephone skills essential.
