Graphics interns will assist in various aspects of the publications department of the San Francisco Film Society.

Skills
We need someone who is dependable, detail-oriented and able to follow through with minimal supervision. Must be familiar with Macintosh and be able to use Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator. Basic understanding of print processes and press requirements a plus. Knowledge of databases and data entry also helpful.

Responsibilities
The duties of this internship may include:

• Design, layout and preparation of files for flyers, brochures and other publications
• Creation of ads for both print and Web
• Scanning and preparing of photos
• Interfacing with freelance artists and vendors to facilitate workflow

Hours
Minimum of 4 hours per week, preferably 8 hours a week. We are flexible as to the requirements of your school or organization for an internship. This internship can be done for course credit; check with your counselor.
